I think "Do you work here" and "dress for success" are my favorite and would make fun and easy comic panels. The dress for success thumbnail is how I pictured your description
I love clown college, and not just because of my bias for clown based things. The Campfire Ghosts is also really fun, you can combine panels however in order to fit it into the 3-4 panel structure!
Descriptions: I really like "Caricature" and "Do you work here?" because I feel they could be really successful with little to no dialogue - all visual storytelling!
It's called fashion darling and Caricature ones are the best in my opinion. As for the thumbnails, my two favorite ones are the its called fashion darling and dress for success
I think the gags #7 and 8 are your best. In terms of thumbnails, I think the first one looks the strongest.
