Week 6: Sarah Iriantas: Thumbnails,Matrix, 10 ideas

 

10 ideas:

1. Creating a goth male character who is depicted he is going to work at hot topic. People look at him because of his unique style. He passes by hot topic only to reveal he works at a really cute macaroon cafe

2. People getting ready to close the store. Someone decides to come with a bag full of merchandise, receipts and trying to open the closed obviously door within the last minute. Worker cries. 

3. Kids come back from the pet store with a newborn puppy. Father is upset. A couple of days later, when the kids leave for school, the dad is with the dog, watching tv together. 

4. A couple of middle school teenagers are watching a movie and having a romantic moment. The last panel, the father of the boy who is the chaperone for their date asks his son to pass the popcorn.

5. A huge body Builder looks like he is going to the gym and do some weights. Turns out he is a professional ballet dancer

6. Young girl applies to work at hot topic, gives application to the manager, the manager tells her to remember to dress the part for the interview. Day of the interview, everyone is dressed professionally and she is dressed with fake tattoos, piercings, and wacky hair. 

7. Someone is yelling at a cashier. Baby whom is being held by mom, sees this and passes by the scene. Baby throws the security sensor to the purse and the mean customer is arrested by the mall cop.

8. siblings are having constant yelling back and forth with dad in the middle trying to shop in peace. Dad ends up leaving them, being hung up high with the shirt hangers dangling off their shoulders. 

9. Dog poops in the middle of the store. Toddler sees the dog and walks up to the dog. Mom loses eyes on the baby for a brief moment and finds the baby walking to her. Mom notices "chocolate" on baby's mouth. "Honey! Where did you find chocolate in the store?"

10. A senior citizen who works in retail goes to see a fortune teller. The fortune-teller shows through the globe who his soul mate is. He is very disappointed and kicks the snowglobe across the room.
